There are a few institutions in Israel which offer post doc programs, internships and fellowships to international students and professionals with the proper background, among them: The Technion, The University of Haifa, The Hebrew Universuty, The Tel Aviv University, The Ben Gurion University and more.
Most institutes offer a two year program (usually in English) for candidates that already completed their PhD.
