Post doc and fellowship programs in Israel

In Israel there are a few universities and institutes that offer post doc programs and fellowships, among them: The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University, Weizmann Institute of Science (which offer many different agriculture related programs), The Ben Gurion University and The Technion.
Most institutes offer a two year program, in English for candidates that already completed their PhD (candidates must complete their PhD prior to applying),
