Hello Peter,

There are a few institutions in Israel that offer special MA programs for international students.
Among those institutions you can find a few that offer a special MA track in peace studies: Ben Gurion University of the Negev, University of Haifa, The Tel Aviv University and more.
Each one of those schools have its own admission but in general candidates need to complete their undergraduate studies with a GPA of at least 80 (3.0). In case that the candidates are not native in English and did not finish their undergraduate studies in an English speaking country/university, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS.
Regarding a scholarship - Each school has its own scholarship and financial aid program so the students who need the help get it.
In order to know more about each scholarship you need to contact the schools directly.
