Hello Dominic,

I didn't really understand what is it you wish to study. Are you looking for a teaching degree program? If so you Must know that there are no English teaching programs in Israel, only Hebrew programs so you have to be fluent in Hebrew (speaking, reading and writing).

Please,i wanted to find out if I would get a post graduate course for Construction in Education course in Israel to study as I have a first degree. But,i speak and understand only English language

Unfortunately there are no study programs like the one you're looking for in English. You can try and contact the different institutions in Israel but as far as i know there are currently no programs for international students in that field.
