There are a few institutions in Israel that offer postdoc and fellowships position in Israel, among them a few that offer agriculture and/or biotechnology programs - The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, University of Haifa, The Tel Aviv University and The Ben Gurion University.
Most institutions offer a two year program, in English for candidates that already completed their PhD (candidates must complete their PhD prior to applying),
