There are a few schools and institutes in Israel that offer different MBA programs for international students. Among them: The Bar Ilan University, The Tel Aviv University, IDC Herzliya, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and more.

Each institute offer different scholarship and financial aid for international students and I advise you to contact at least a few of them to see what kind of financial aid they can offer you in order to choose the best program for you.
