Medical schools in English in isreal

Hi I'm 19 years old I made aliyah from London 5 years ago I'm doing she rut leoumie in שערי צדק hospital which I love and always dreamt Id be. however I can not read Hebrew dew to dyslexia however I can read English I've tryed to do the Pischometeick exam 3 times already and because of my dyslexic I don't get more than 430 although I no all the work but I just can't read fast enough and get the right answer in less than a minute I did all my bagruts and got over 90 on most of them as I said before i am doing shreut in the hospital to see if I'm really capable and if it for me and I have found that it is praticly I no a lot of medical treatments and I've saved about 6 lives even though that's not my job and the Dr and nurses are shocked how much I no and don't panic I can go on forever I have loss of story's of how the dr dint no what to do and I have suggested and have worked I've corrected Dr when they are making mistakes I really would appreciat if u can call me and help me than you in advance roza -
