Training programs in agriculture
Hello Michael,

If you are a professional researcher or farmer, you can take part in special training programs in Israel. These are short tracks (2 - 3 weeks) in English.
You can study at Arava Institute, TAITC in Sapir, IMS - Israel Meteorological Service, or at The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation.

In order to apply, you must prove previous professional experience or academic background in agriculture.

As for tuition fees, I'm afraid I cannot give you an exact answer since the costs vary between the institutions and can change in time.
