As far as i know there is no international training for qPCR in Israel but i advise you to contact the different hospitals in Israel that offer training programs for international students to get more information about what they can offer you that will fit your needs.
Among those institutes you can find The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University, The Tel Aviv University, The University of Haifa and more.
