There are a few schools and institutes in Israel that offer special, short term courses in agriculture - irrigation, boosting crop yield and more for international students and visitors, among them: GIMI - Galilee International Management Institute, TAITC - The Arava International Trainee Center, Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each of those institutes offer a different program, with different admission so i advise you to contact them directly to get more information about the specifics so you could choose the best course for you.
