What kind of medicine related course are you interested in?
There are a few institutes and schools that offer special courses in Hebrew but most of them wont bring you to an academic level of Hebrew in only 2 or 3 months.
There are also institutes that offer programs for international students in which all classes are conducted in English so you could study and pursue your dreams and study Hebrew in your own time without being worried about finishing before the beginning of the school year.
