As far as i know there are no agribusiness bachelor programs in Israel.
There are a lot of other programs for international students, among those you can find some short term courses in agriculture, maybe those could help you with your dream.

Each institute offer different help and scholarships so i advise you to contact them directly as soon as you find the best ones for you.
