There are a few institutes in Israel in which you can choose to conduct you Phd but before you start choosing your professor adviser you must present the papers that prove that you took part in a Master's thesis track in a recognized academic institution.
Among the institutes that offer Phd tracks you can find: The Ben Gurion University, The Tel Aviv University. The Haifa University, The Technion, The Weizmann Institute and more.
