Hello Archibald,

The few programs that are open to international students are available to those who completed their undergraduate degree in history or social sciences with a GPA of 80 (3.0) or above.
Maybe if the system is different, like you say, in your country they will count the grades but you have to contact those institutes directly (The Tel Aviv University and The University of Haifa).
