Hello Bijaya,

MA studies in computer sciences are available at several Israeli universities and colleges among them: The Open University of Israel, The Technion in haifa, Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and more.
Regarding a full scholership - all academic institutions offer scholarship programs based on prior academic achievements and/or economical background so i advise you to contact each institute to get more information about the program and scholership they can offer you.
