Are you looking to study in Hebrew or in English?

There is currently only one program in English that I know of, at the Ben Gurion University. The program is towards a M.Sc. in information systems, and it specializes in cyber security.

If you are interested in programs in Hebrew, there are several master's degree tracks available in management of information systems, such as The Haifa University, Bar Ilan University, and Tel Aviv University.
