Irrigation courses in Israel
Hello Wilson,
Israeli institutions offer special professional courses, these are short training tracks for professionals who want to develop their work skills.International farmers and agriculture experts can participate in these seminars, which specialize in irrigation systems designed in Israel. Studies emphasize practical skills, and include several field trips. You can study such 15-day programs at GIMI – The Galilee International Management Institute, located near Nazareth.
Alternately, there are several MA programs in agriculture studies that offer courses in irrigation and crop studies. These classes are taught in English by leading Israeli researchers of irrigation systems. You can choose to study at Ben Gurion University, The Hebrew University, or at The Weizmann Institute. This program focuses more on research than on practical work, and spans 1 academic year.
