What are my options in enrolling in one of the Doctorial programs in Israel. I hold an MA from one of the Canadian Universities in Integrated Studies focused on Adult Education and Education

The first step to finding the right University for you is to apply to all the universities and send the request for third degree. They will instruct you with all admission procedures and give you all the information you need for applying.
