Hello sir/madam,
Am wafula julius from uganda,male 28yr old a teacher by proffesion.I would like to enquire if i can meet your qualification to get a full scholarship in your university to study my degree in crop science.Below are my qualifications;
-Diploma(second class upper) in Education Secondary.majoring in Agriculture.
-Advanced level certificate
-O'level certificate.

In order to get information about scholarships, you have to send an application directly to the university you are interested in, since they change every year.
