In Israel you can find a few institutes that offer high education programs of all kinds for international students.
In each of them you can find a different Post doc program.
Those institutes are: The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv University, Ben Gurion University of the Negev (Be'er-Sheva), University of Haifa, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (Haifa), Weizmann Institute of Science (Rehovot), Bar Ilan University (Ramat Gan) and more.
You can contact them directly to ask them if they have any positions open for you or to ask about the Post doc programs.

Iv'e attached an article about those programs that explain what fields each institute cover and offer more information about those programs.
