There are a few institutes in Israel that offer agriculture study programs, among them you will find The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ben Gurion University of the Negev (Be'er Sheva) and Weizmann Institute of Science (Rehovot).
I advise you to contact those institutes directly so you will have the chance to understand completely which program is the best one for you.
