I live in South America and finished my B.A. with Excellency. I studied Computer Sciences and got some experience, because I assisted a professor. I am looking for a scholarship to study in Israel, and also would like to know about the application process.

About the application process, first you have to decide what do you want to study and then you need to decide which university you want to study in. In every university there is a different way of applying for studying.
