Dear sir
I am a cardiologist from India Mumbai and am here in SZMC under Dr.Danny Dvir for training in Structural Heart disease since Feb 2023 , I have permission and visa till 30th Nov 2023, I am supporting my ownself financially , Dr Danny Dvir would want me to train further till 2024 , is it possible to have the extension , so too the hospital is ready, I shall continue to support myself financially on getting the extension , will I be able to get the extension.

Unfortunately I don't have the answer for your question, you need to contact the home office or the population and immigration office and ask them for an extension for your visa.
