Post doctorate position in Internet of things, Embedded design application, Wireless communication

Respected Sir/Madam
My name is Rakesh Das, age-36, Unmarried. Currently i am pursuing PhD in (Wireless Communication in smart Grid) Electrical Engineering from Calcutta University. I have more than 10 years of teaching experience in Electronics Hons (Dinabandhu Andrews College), Electrical Engineering Department (University of Calcutta).
After completing my PhD I want to do more advanced research for which I am sending you this letter.
My research covers up from Smart grid communication system control to condition monitoring. I am also developing software in mobile apps and condition monitoring related software using python or VB.Net.
My research interest is IoT related communication devices.
What should I do to join a postdoctoral position at your institute? I have two IEEE conferences and one IEEE journal in "IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid". In December 2022 I communicated in one journal in "IEEE Transactions On Consumer Electronics". Expected year of submission of my PhD thesis is 2023.
