The scholarships are very different from one institute to another so I can't give that kind of information. My advice to you, in order to get the most accurate details, is to directly contact the relevant institutions and ask them about their scholarship options.

You can try to contact Tel Aviv University, the Weizmann Institute of Science, and the Technion Institute.
