Tel Aviv University provides a Science summer program of 2 months for international undergraduates students who completed at least one year of study at the university.

Bar Ilan University offers International Students to join Courses in English in different faculties, some of them in the field of science. (For example Introduction to Solid State in Chemistry, Methods of Mathematical Physics, Nucleus - Structure and Function, and more.

You can also try and check with the Technion Institute, Ben Gurion University, and the Weizmann institute of science.
