In Israel, there are a few universities and institutes which offer post-doc programs and fellowships. For agriculture fields, I guess you should try to contact The University of Haifa or The Hebrew University.

Most institutes offer a two-year program, in English for candidates that already completed their Ph.D. (candidates must complete their Ph.D. prior to applying),
