I am with much respect to send you this message. Please I have attended security training in Ghana but I wil be very happy to participate in the Israel security training to get more experience in the security service Thanks

Galilee Institute - Offers Short programs in the field of security.

The ICSI - The Israeli College for Security and Investigations in Jerusalem. among them: Information Protection, Investigations, and Intelligence, and more.

I advise you to directly contact those Institutions and check if one of their programs is available online.
