There are more than a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more.

MATC - Mashav Agriculture Training Center is offering a short online course of 4 weeks of Intensive Fish farming. I'm not sure if this course is currently active so you will have to directly contact MATC and check.

more institutions that I advise you to contact: The Arava Institute and The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes, and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
