To my knowledge, Electrical Engineering M.Sc. Programs (English) are available currently at Tel Aviv University and Ben Gurion Universty.

In order to apply, Candidates Must hold a minimum GPA of 80 and a TOFEL score of 85\120. The application terms at slightly different from one institute to the other so it is best to directly contact them both and check the exact details and terms.
