Hi Abdullah,

As far as I know, the only institution in Israel that offers Marine engineering programs is Technion in Haifa. (M.Sc. and Ph.D.)

I highly recommend contacting them directly and ask for an application regarding the program that you're interested in.

For example, In order to apply to M.Sc., you must present a score (GPA) of 80 or higher, together with 2 letters of recommendation.

Candidates from a scientific 3-year program will have to complete a few undergraduate courses before beginning their graduate courses.
