Among the schools and institutions that offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, and more.

Each school and institute have a different program and I'm not sure which institutes offer those programs for groups but I'm sure you'll get the most accurate answers by contacting them :)
