Hello,
I m writing you from morocco, I m teacher, and at the same time I m studying law (4th Semester in Master Degree) in frensh language,in (DGL: Decentralisation and Local Gouvernance)
I would like to have some books (also if possible as PDF) from universities in Israel talking about Decentralisation, management policy, gouvernance and democratie...
