Organic food production short courses
Hello Jude,

You can find several international courses in agricultural subjects, in some of them you will be able to focus on food production techniques. The courses are taught in English and they usually span 2 - 3 weeks. During these programs you will take part in many workshops and tours in order to get to know Israeli agricultural technologies.

The courses take place in schools such as TAITC, Golda Meir Center, The Center for agricultural cooperation and many more. In the link below my answer you can read all about the different options.
