There are a few teaching hospitals in Israel which sometimes offer training and fellowship programs to international doctors from different fields.
Among those hospitals: Soroka in Beer Sheva, Rambam In Haifa, Ziv in Sefad, Hadassah in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot and more.

You should know that it's usually harder to get in to a program in the hospitals in the center of Israel and in Jerusalem - the hospitals outside of those place are usually in search of great doctors and are more open.
