Hi Please may you help me. I am a third year student at the University of Cape Town, finishing a degree in Actuarial Science. I have been desperate to get into medical school, however quota requirements here have made it near impossible for me. I am an Orthodox Jew and am trying to do everything I can to get into a medial school. Is there any possibility of me being able to study in Israel, even though my degree, whilst highly respected and academically challenging, does not cover sciences? I would appreciate any advice and help.

Medical school programs in Israel
Hello Jordan,
In order to study medicine you must first finish your premed studies abroad because there are no premed international programs in Israel. There are a few institutions which offer medical programs, among them: The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa, the Ben Gurion University and more. In order to study medicine in Israel you must first complete your pre med studies. Candidates need to present a GPA of at least 3.4. and MCAT scores (or their equivalent in case students are not from the US) with scores of above 27.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different schools you can choose from and the admission for international students.
