Tuition Fee and Fellowships

Hello,

I'm currently living in Turkey and in my final year at university. I'm planning to go for a master degree but I'm unsure where it should be.

Since I have always interested in both West and East culture, Israel seems to be a better and even greater choice for me.

But I'm unable to get clear informations about tuition fees, type of universities (private or state university) and fellowship (scholarship) supports.

Also I would like to learn Hebrew, therefore language courses are another option for me.

I would surely be happy if you open or show me a way to start searching upon those inquiries.
