What kind of program are you looking for? If you have already completed your MD studies in your home country, are you looking for a track for completing your residency in Israel? Or are you interested in an entire degree in surgery?

If you are looking for a residency placement, you will have to inquire on that matter directly to the different hospitals in Israel, since they are the ones that run the residency, not the universities. You can also contact the Israeli ministry of health.

As for MD programs, There is currently an international program at Ben Gurion University that is the only international program in Israel that is open to students outside of the US or Canada. You can read more about that track and other programs in the link below my answer.
