I have a PhD in English language Education and my dissertation was on technology application in teaching and learning. I recently attended a course in Israel on ICT in education. I have done many other online courses with MASHAV Educational Training Centre in Jerusalem. Following these experiences, I am now confident that I want to do my post doctoral studies in Israel, but I am not financially able to sponsor myself. Kindly assist me to get a scholarship

Postdoc programs and scholarships in Israel
Hello Judy,
In Israel there are a few universities and institutes which offer post doc programs and fellowships, among them: The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University, Weizmann Institute of Science, The Ben Gurion University and The Technion. Most institutes offer a two year program, in English for candidates that already completed their PhD (candidates must complete their PhD prior to applying). Usually, fellows receive a grant from the hosting faculties. However, in some cases, the grants are provided by external funds. Stipends that are considered as grants are tax free in Israel. Fellows might receive several scholarships at the same time from different funds, in accordance with the guidelines and conditions prescribed in each one of them. I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article that gives more information about the tracks and the institutes you can choose from and more. I advise you to contact those institutions directly to find out which one can offer you the best program and the best scholarship or funding.
