c Plant breeding & genetics at Weizmann institute of science

I am a final year Bsc Agri student from India,and I wanna pursue my MSc in PBG in Weizmann institute I came to know that it all students receive a full scholarship, covering their tuition fees, and are expected to dedicate all their time for research, Can I know When n How I should apply?
