Hello Deepak,

There are a few universities where you can conduct your research as part of your PhD, these include The Hebrew University, Ben Gurion University and Weizmann Institute. These research tracks are suitable for international researchers and are conducted in English.

You will usually need a GPA of 80 and above in your M.Sc. in order to apply but these conditions may vary. As for scholarships, some universities offer grants to students, I would advise you to contact the university you wish to study in and inquire directly about the most up to date scholarships.
