You can find quite a few institutions in Israel that allow international researchers to take part in Postdoc programs. Most of these research programs include stipends and grants.

You can find Postdoc tracks in universities such as The Hebrew University (Jerusalem, Ben Gurion University (Beer Sheba) and Weizmann Institute (Rehovot). I would advise you to contact these universities and make sure that they indeed have researchers in your specific field of interest in agriculture.
