Short courses or M.Sc. studies in Israel
Hello,
In Israel you can find two different kinds of agricultural programs for international students: M.Sc. tracks (graduate degree) or short training courses that are suitable for professional farmers and researchers.
The M.Sc. tracks usually span 1 - 2 years and are studied in universities such as Ben Gurion University or the Hebrew University. There are also M.Sc. tracks in engineering - these are found at the Technion.
The training courses usually span 2 - 3 weeks, they put emphasis on practical lessons and workshops and most include tours in Israel and meetings with agriculture professionals. As a professional farmer, you may find a lot of useful information in such courses. Is this what you had in mind, or were you looking for a longer academic program?
I have attached a link below with more information on the courses. If you wish to know more about the M.Sc. tracks, please let us know and we will attach the relevant information also.
