You can find several Israeli institutes that offer Hebrew Courses that can help you get to know the language of the Holy Land. If you are interested specifically in Biblical Hebrew, You can find a short course at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. There are also other schools and institutions that offer Modern Hebrew classes and short courses.
