You can find M.Sc. tracks in land agronomy as part of the M.Sc. international agriculture programs in Israeli universities. You can choose between The Hebrew University, Ben Gurion University or Weizmann Institute, all are excellent institutions in the agricultural field that conduct cutting edge research.
Make sure you comply with all the requirements in order to apply, you will usually need a GPA of at least 80, as well as letters of recommendation from faculty. Also, an English proficiency test is required. Read more about the process in the link I have attached below.
