Masters program of environmental studies in Israel

I am an American Jew who just graduated from Trinity University (TX) and received a BA in Envi. Studies with a biology focus. I am at the tail end of an awesome birthright program and one thing that struck me about this amazing country is all the garbage and litter in some of the most beautiful places. I feel moved to address this issue as well as continue aiding in the bettering of this incredible country. Looking for advice on masters programs where I can make my dream a reality and also come back to Israel! I will work for 8 months starting in August for the Marine Biological laboratory recruiting undergrad students for an environmental science program I completed in 2016. Between now and then I want to set myself up for success and complete anything I may need to do to make getting my masters here a possibility.
