Online MA studies in National Security & Terrorism

I am a Retired US Army Combat Veteran, and a soon to be Retired Law Enforcement Officer. Is there any program offered online which is similar to the one of interest? Maybe an online program can be created for students like me where you may require us to attend toward the end of our studies for a special intensive program leading to our graduation.
