pursue master in Biochemistry in Israel

My youngest sister (21yrs) is about to complete her Bachelor of Science specialization in Biochemistry (Medium of instruction: English) (3yrs degree course). She is very much interested and she is planning to pursue her Master of Science in your University(Israel). She is a topper cum outstanding student in all her academics from her school education by the grace of God. Kindly let me know the procedures for Post graduate course enrolment (overseas student) and other formalities, courses available & duration with scope, life in Israel & cost of living, visa processing, eligibility criteria, fee details including (tuition, food, accommodation, other expenses etc. Per year), scholarship details for masters and research program, education system, procedures for certificates endorsement from Government of India etc.
I also want to know whether she has to clear any IELTS / TOEFL exams (let me know the score/ grade and level), Hebrew language to pursue in Israel?
