As far as i know, there are no programs like the one you're looking for. You can contact the army and ask to enlist but it's not a year the Israeli women usually serve for 2 years at least. for a kibbutz programs you'll have to contact a specific kibbutz because each program is different.

I advise you to contact the Israeli embassy at your country to see what they can offer you.
