In Israel there are a few schools and institutions which offer different short and long term courses in various fields, among them there - The Galilee international management institute that specialize in agriculture and environment and have a customized program in agribusiness.

The 15 days program combines tours and classes that are taking place in Kibbutz Mizra which is located in the rural northern region of Israel.

There are some scholarships but i don't know any course that is entirely financed by the government.
